Cancellation Policy

We understand that life often brings the unexpected. Since our coaching is built around navigating real-world challenges, we know that things come up, and schedules sometimes need to shift. Our priority is maintaining momentum, but we also need to respect your time and the time of others seeking a session. The 24-Hour Commitment If you need to reschedule or cancel a booked session, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice via email. This allows us to offer that valuable slot to another client who may be waiting for a session. What Happens If You Cancel Late With Less Than 24 Hours Notice: If a session is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, or if you miss the session entirely (a "no-show"), the session will unfortunately be counted as used and cannot be refunded or rescheduled. The Benefit of Notice: Giving us 24 hours ensures we can happily transfer your booking to a new time at no charge. This policy helps us ensure that Beckside Coaching can remain focused on providing high-quality, flexible support to all our clients. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
